ICU may help but not responsible for the commercialization of the Working Prototype.
At completion of the Working Prototype of the ZigBee Chip, ICU shall transfer and provide Mobilepro with the ZigBee Chip, all documentation supporting the ZigBee Chip, all IP papers, and all other items as agreed between the parties.
