Working Project’ definition
Working Project’ means the total of documents regarding the Lessee’s Works in the Premises pursuant to the requirements of the effective legislation of the RF and the City of Moscow, construction norms and rules, and technical regulations; ‘‘Authorization’’ shall mean a written approval, sanction or any other similar preliminary consent to the actions of the one Party by the other Party within the frames of the agreement that cannot be rejected or delayed without any reason. Any further approval by one Party of another Party’s actions, if granted, shall also be considered Authorization; ‘‘Lessee’s business hours’’ shall mean daily 24 hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week, 365 (three hundred sixty five) days a year; ‘‘Business day’’ shall mean any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday except for holidays and days-off, i.e. such days of the week that may be or should be announced by the bank institutions in the City of Moscow, Russian Federation, to be non-working days pursuant to the legislation of the Russian Federation;
