Working Meal definition

Working Meal means a meal served in a business office or similar location, at which (i) Port Authority business is conducted during the meal period and (ii) the attendance of the Port Authority employee(s) accepting such meal is in the interest of the Port Authority. A “lunch and learn” or other similar meal hosted by an Interested Party at the Port Authority, other than those related to a Port Authority wellness program, is not typically considered to be a Working Meal.

  • information gathering measures means laws and administrative or judicial procedures that enable a Contracting Party to obtain and provide the requested information;

  • sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
