Working Balance definition

Working Balance means the value of total current assets less any total current liabilities (including income tax-related liabilities) of the Business and less any cash and any inter-company payables between Company and Seller, in each case calculated in accordance with GAAP consistently applied.

  • Once the School’s Account Balance drops below a Minimum Working Balance of $[2/3 of Estimated 3 Months’ Usage], Swing Education will invoice the Top-Up Amount again.

  • Any payment due pursuant to this Section 3.3(b) shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds within ten (10) Business Days after the Final Working Balance becomes final and binding as provided above.

Related to Working Balance

  • Debit Balance means, as of any date, the dollar amount, if any, representing each of: (1) the aggregate Annual Charge, accrued in accordance with Section 3.4(g)(i); and (2) any Leveraged Principal Amount (together with any pro rata Interest Amounts determined in accordance with Section 3.4(g)(ii), if applicable), as reduced by any distributions recorded from ML Ventures Units recorded in a Participant’s Account in accordance with Section 3.4(e).

  • Unpaid Balance of any Receivable means at any time the unpaid principal amount thereof.

  • Total Contract Value means contract value plus statutory dues like GST etc. and any other amount payable under contract.

  • Outstanding Balance of any Receivable at any time means the then outstanding principal balance thereof.

  • New Balance This means the total outstanding balance on your account. It will be listed on each statement as the “New Balance”.
