Workforce dwelling unit definition

Workforce dwelling unit means a dwelling unit with a rental rate or consumer purchase cost which enables persons to rent that dwelling unit if their gross household income is 80% to 100% of the City of Tracy area median income (as adjusted for household size) or purchase that dwelling unit, if their gross household income is 100% to 120% of the City of Tracy area median income (as adjusted for household size) in accordance with the most recent American Community Survey completed by the United States Census Bureau.

  • Dwelling unit means a room or suite of rooms used, or designed or intended for use by one person or persons living together, in which culinary and sanitary facilities are provided for the exclusive use of such person or persons;

It shall include permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation on the same parcel as the single-family or multifamily dwelling is or will be situated. An accessory dwelling unit also includes the following:

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.
