WorkBuzz. “We”, “Us” and “Our” means WorkBuzz Analytics Ltd - a company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration No. 07578366) “Partner” or “You” means the person or company (including Company Name and other information) detailed in the Partner Application Form WorkBuzz Headquarter and Notice Address: Partner Information: WorkBuzz, 10 Linford Forum, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, MK14 6LY, UK “Partner Information” means the information detailed in the Partner Application Form. WorkBuzz is the owner and operator of WorkBuzz®, a unique employee feedback and analytics platform and service that helps their customer base improve employee engagement and their culture (the “WorkBuzz Service”). Partner wishes to promote, market and advertise the WorkBuzz Service to potential WorkBuzz customers (“Referrals”) through its website(s) and other marketing channels, in accordance with WorkBuzz’s Partner Programme (“Programme”) detailed in this Agreement.
