Workable coal seam definition

Workable coal seam means (i) a coal seam in fact being mined in the area in question under this act by underground methods or (ii) one which in the judgment of the division can be and that it is reasonable to be expected will be mined by underground methods.

  • Cannabis plant means any plant of the genus Cannabis;

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Usable cannabis means any cannabis plant material, including seeds, but not (i) resin that has been extracted from any part of the cannabis plant, its seeds, or its resin; (ii) the mature stalks, fiber produced from the stalks, or any other compound, manufacture, salt, or derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks; or (iii) oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant.

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.
