Work Protection definition

Work Protection means a state or condition whereby an isolated or isolated and de- energized condition has been established for work on facilities and will continue to exist, except for authorized tests, until the work relating thereto has been completed.
Work Protection means a written guarantee in form satisfactory to Alectra that an Isolated (and in some instances Isolated and De-energized) condition has been established for work and will continue to exist, except for authorized tests as described in the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association Utility Work Protection Code, a copy of which will be provided to Customer on request.
Work Protection means a guarantee issued by a party that an isolated or isolated and de-energized condition has been established for work on equipment, and shall continue to exist, except for authorized tests, until the guarantee is surrendered.

Examples of Work Protection in a sentence

  • Work Protection shall not apply between June 13, 2016, and May 31, 2019.

  • In connection with Engagements performed for Subscriber under this Agreement by Freelancers, Upwork will provide its Work Protection Program as described in this Section.
