Work Proposal means (where one is provided) a written document sent to the Customer regarding the Services to be performed by us and includes any reports conducted by us before the Services.

  • Verification shall be documented with a County Work Proposal Form (Attachment 4).

  • The Modified Work Program will be administered in accordance with Hospital policy F-025 and the Hospital Modified Work Proposal dated March 1991 or as may be amended through consultation with the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
