Work Premises definition

Work Premises means the premises of an employer in which work is undertaken, including any vehicle whilst being used for work purposes, but excluding an employee’s ordinary place of residence;Note: this includes a community facility such as a community centre or community hall, or a public library, or a place of worship.

Examples of Work Premises in a sentence

  • A worker who has received a positive test result for SARS-CoV-2 must, as soon as practicable, notify the employer of any Work Premises which the worker has attended in the Relevant Period.
