Work Planning definition

Work Planning is a process whereby Employees, in collaboration with their work unit and their Employer Representative prepare a plan of action for a given period of time. The resulting work plan will define goals/objectives and activities to be accomplished during the given period of time. The work plan and/or job description is the basis for performance evaluation.
