Work Package 4 means the applicable base scope of Work and Options described in Exhibit I and Table 1-1 of the ITP.

Work Package 4 tender procedure Lead: SC Time needed: 3 months (month 5-7) Deliverables: development contract Milestone: a subcontractor has been chosen After a subcontractor has been chosen with respect of the proper procedures, development of the renewed tool will start (Work Package 5). To avoid deviation from the Terms Of Reference during the period of development, a close follow-up of the activities of the subcontractor is planned, under the lead of the beneficiary of the new tool (the State Chancellery). During the tender procedure and the development by the subcontractor, dissemination activities continue under Work Package 9. Development time has been estimated to be 6 months. This period allows taking into account delays brought by the internal planning of the subcontractor, and the added complexity of creating interfaces that will allow easy translation, adaptation and implementation by all governments and institutions, regardless the country it is situated in or the platform it uses. In case development of the tool would be finished earlier, the extra time will be transferred to the next phase, during which the tool is tested and evaluated (Work Package 6).

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Data Package has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
