Work Order Authorization definition

Work Order Authorization means the agreement to perform specific Work, reflected in a Work Order Authorization Form executed by the parties. The Work Order Authorization includes the SOW, Schedule, pricing and the Contractor’s Key Personnel.
Work Order Authorization means documents including, but not limited to, at least the following information: (1) Consultant Proposal Form, (2) Dates of performance, (3) A list of proposed Sub-Consultants, (4) Payment schedule, (5) Sketches, Drawings, and or layouts, and technical data or information.

Examples of Work Order Authorization in a sentence

  • The total amount the State may pay to Contractor under any individual Work Order authorized this Agreement for performing all Work, as well as all Travel and Living Expense and/or Reimbursable Expenses specified therein, shall not in any event exceed the Total Amount Encumbered to Date specified on the face of the Work Order Authorization Form applicable to that Work Order.

  • Consultant assumes all liability and risks associated with commencing performance on a Service Work Order prior to authorization in accordance with the Service Work Order Authorization Process detailed in Exhibit C, including nonpayment for any Work performed, prior to Judicial Council authorizing the Work.

  • The Establishing JBE under this Agreement will place orders and authorize Judicial Council Work via a Purchase Order or Service Work Order, described in the Judicial Council Service Work Order Authorization Process, added as Appendix A.

  • Consultant's invoices shall include the name of the person who performed the Services, a brief description of the Services performed and/or the specific task in the Scope of Services or Written Work Order Authorization, the date the Services were performed, the number of hours spent on all work billed on an hourly basis, and a description of any reimbursable expenditures.

  • City will reimburse Consultant and its sub-consultants, if any, for their usual and customary out-of-pocket expenses incurred in furtherance of the Scope of Services or Written Work Order Authorization, as such expenses are described in Exhibit A.

  • Completion of each WOA is subject to State approval, as described in Section 15, Work Order Authorization Acceptance or Rejection, below.

  • Contractor shall prepare a WOA using Exhibit 4: Work Order Authorization (WOA) document.

  • The total amount the AOC may pay to Contractor under any individual Work Order authorized this Agreement for performing all Work, as well as all Travel and Living Expense and/or Reimbursable Expenses specified therein, shall not in any event exceed the Total Amount Encumbered to Date specified on the face of the Work Order Authorization Form applicable to that Work Order.

  • The change order request shall be a consecutively numbered Work Order Authorization Form sent by the Contractor to PennDOT’s Project Manager describing the proposed change.

  • To that extent the parties will utilize the Work Order Authorization process, discussed in Section 14, to collaborate in good faith to further refine the Statement of Work, to clarify or add the information necessary for the successful performance of the Agreement, and to add scope or capacity.

Related to Work Order Authorization

  • Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, ▇▇▇▇ of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.
