Work Meeting definition

Work Meeting means a meeting between the User Agency Authorized Representative, the Contractor and, if appropriate, other contractors and/or consultants working at the Facility, prior to, or during the performance of Work detailed under a specific Work Order.

  • The CONSULTANT shall submit minutes of the Scope of Work Meeting to the MDOT Project Manager or his designee within two (2) weeks after the meeting, unless instructed otherwise.
