Work Management System definition

Work Management System means a computer program used to determine a program of preventive maintenance activities for equipment in a facility based on a risk analysis that considers factors such as equipment life expectancy, present value and replacement cost.
Work Management System or "WMS" shall mean the work management software tool owned, operated, and administered by Convergys to track Enhancement, Maintenance, Investigation and Trouble Requests.
