Work List definition

Work List means the document setting out the Parties’ agreement on the details of the specific Work(s) and such other terms and conditions for the Distribution the Works under this Agreement and executed by the Parties in substantially the same form of Annex 3.

Examples of Work List in a sentence

  • The next five (5) Employees will be dispatched from the Local Out of Work List without regard for name hire privilege.

  • The Work List shall not be revised without Landlord’s agreement, which agreement may be withheld or conditioned in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • Tenant shall be responsible for ensuring that all elements of the design of the Tenant Improvement Work are suitable for Tenant’s use of the Premises, and neither the preparation nor the approval of the Work List by Landlord shall relieve Tenant from such responsibility.

  • The employer may also select six (6) Journeypersons from any Out of Work List of the Local Lodge for every New Project for up to the first four tanks.
