Work Done definition

Work Done means the number of chargeable hours recorded in the accounting period multiplied by applicable charge out rates;

  • SUBCLAUSE 60.9– CESSATION OF EMPLOYERS LIABILITY unless the Contractor notifies the Engineer of his objection to the Final Certificate within fourteen days of delivery thereof he shall be deemed to have agreed that he accepts the total Contract Price as set out in the Final Certificate as full settlement for all Work Done under the Contract including any variations and omissions thereof but excluding any variations and claims previously made in writing.

  • Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the Employer, if any of the parent company guarantees, performance bonds or warranties requested by the Employer under the contract are not provided to the Employer within 4 weeks of the starting date, one quarter of the Price for Work Done to Date is retained in assessments of the amount due until the Contractor submits all of the required guarantees, bonds and warranties to the Employer.

  • If the parent company guarantee has not been provided within four weeks of the Contract Date, one quarter of the Price for Work Done to Date and/or Price of the Services Provided to Date is retained in assessments of the amount due against all Package Orders and Time Charge Orders issued under the Framework Contract until the Supplier has submitted the parent company guarantee to the Employer for acceptance.

  • All invoices shall be forwarded with Work Done Certificate issued by Consultant & Covering Note in Firm’s Letterhead in the MDL format prescribed at Enclosure-3.

  • The Work Order/s not supported by Work Done Certificate/s will not be considered for qualification criteria.

  • An illustrative format of Work Done Certificate is placed at Annexure IV.

  • The log will include but not be limited to the following:  Date and day  Weather  Site Conditions  Work Done  People who are employed by the Contractor  Work sub-contracted by the Contractor  Any incidents during that period.

  • Work Completion Certificate will be issued by MDL (P&A Shop-SY) on completion of entire work & receipt of Work Done Certificate from vendor & Load Test certificates indicating validity period.

  • For the evaluation of a grade following point would be assigned to grades: Work Done > 90% > 80% & < (or =)90% > 60% & < (or =)80% > 50% & < (or =)60% < (or =)50% Grade Excellent V.

Related to Work Done

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Work crew means a program of partial confinement

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
