Examples of Work dispute in a sentence

  • If agreement cannot be reached on the proposed modification to Work, dispute resolution as set forth in Section XX – DISPUTE RESOLUTION, shall be used.

  • If the Parties cannot reach agreement on the proposed additional Work or modification to Work, dispute resolution as set forth in Section XX (Dispute Resolution) shall be invoked by Navy, by submitting a written statement in accordance with Section XX (Dispute Resolution).
