Work Component definition

Work Component shall have the meaning set forth in Section 22.1 hereof.

Examples of Work Component in a sentence

  • If the rate of sales, use, payroll, or other similar direct taxes on materials, equipment, or labor required for the performance of the Work shall increase above the rate in force on the date of the GMP Change Order, then the Cost of Work Component (but not the Fee or Construction Overhead Component) of the GMP Change Order shall be increased by the amount of additional taxes incurred by Design-Builder as a result of such change in rate.

  • If they disagree and are unable to reach agreement, then Tenant shall have the right either (a) if Landlord’s objections are solely with respect to cost, to perform the Tenant Work Component Capital Repair but at the Total Capital Costs agreed to by Landlord, subject to Landlord and Tenant sharing in such cost as described in Paragraph 5.1(a)(2) above, and subject to Paragraph 5.1(a)(5) below, or (b) to elect to arbitrate the dispute.

  • Tenant shall be liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from the Tenant Work Component Capital Repair.

  • The Author may not withdraw from the Agreement if the Work/ Work Component sent by the Author for the Project is used before the expiry of the time limit for withdrawing from the Agreement, with the Author’s explicit approval, or the Author collects/uses the Prize/Distinction awarded to him/her as part of the Project before the expiry of the time limit for withdrawing from the Agreement.

  • If Landlord is successful in obtaining such permission, then, subject to the terms of this Section 22.16, (x) the Work shall be deemed to be so modified, and (y) the installation of such wall shall be deemed to be a Tenant Work Component for purposes hereof, except that Tenant shall be entitled to a credit against the aggregate amount due for such Tenant Work Component in an amount equal to the cost that Landlord would have incurred in constructing the aforesaid solid enclosing wall.

  • The Work Component Audit is a field audit conducted to verify a specific task or component of the Project Work.

  • Individual Work (Component H): This component will include individual/group participant work, including uniform assignments and relevant independent initiatives.

  • Minimum Work Pattern Payments for each shift work roster will comprise a Rostered Overtime Component, a Weekend Work Component and a Shift Penalty Component, calculated to provide an equivalent paid hours multiplier (Attachment One).

Related to Work Component

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Work crew means a program of partial confinement

  • Critical Component means, in respect of a weapons system referred to in the definition of Prohibited Defense Contract, a component used specifically in the production of the weapon system or plays a direct role in the lethality of the weapon system.

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;
