Work Blocks definition
Work Blocks means the blocks of time for specific designated areas of the Railway Right-of-Way (ROW) that have been authorized for construction or maintenance work.

Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.
Work crew means a program of partial confinement
