  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.

  • Transferred Trademarks means all Trademarks used in or held for use in, or arising from the Transferred Business and owned by Transferor or its Subsidiaries other than Trademarks bearing the “International Paper” or “IP” names or logos.

  • Monument sign means a freestanding sign having the appearance of a solid base of landscape construction materials such as brick, stucco, stonework, textured wood, tile or textured concrete materials compatible with the materials of the primary structure on the subject property.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.
