The plan shall include Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and Waiver of Premium (WOP).
The group term life insurance program shall be available to such employees only (and not their spouses or other eligible dependents), and shall (to the extent commercially available) include the following features or components: (1) coverage in the amount of $45,000 for death by natural cause; (2) accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D); and (3) waiver of premium (WOP).
