WOLF Subsidiaries means, collectively and each individually, WOLF A340 LLC and each of its Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries and any Owner Trusts of which WOLF A340 LLC or any of its Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries holds the beneficial interest therein.
