By submitting a Proposal, the Vendor agrees to comply with WLS Vendor Agreement terms, including offering the Proposal products for the WLS Contract price when it sells its products to the eligible Subscribers until the expiration of the Contract.
The Vendor Agreement is considered fully executed at the time that the WLS Superintendent signs and the Vendor signs.
Purchasers shall reference the WLS contract number on their purchase orders at the time of purchase.

The resellers, distributors or agents identified in the Awarded Vendor’s Proposal that will be performing obligations that are required under the Vendor Agreement on behalf of the Awarded Vendor, have been provided a copy of the WLS RFP documents and the Awarded Vendor’s Proposal, and they are familiar with the Vendor Agreement requirements.
