As of the Effective Date and at all times thereafter, WLH will at all times, maintain, on a consolidating basis, an interest coverage ratio of (a) EBITDA to (b) Interest Incurred which is equal to or greater than 2.0 to 1 on a rolling four-fiscal quarter basis, as determined as of the end of each fiscal quarter of WLH.
