W+(k,t) definition

W+(k,t) means WKT Properties, a Limited Liability Company, a Louisiana limited liability company.
W+(k,t) means, in respect of Underlying Basket Component (k), the new Weight of the relevant Underlying Basket Component following a rebalancing as of the close of the Rebalancing Date and effective on the open of the immediately following Calculation Date, determined as follows:

  • TO Technical Proposal means the TO Contractor’s technical response to the CATS+ TORFP dated date of TO Technical Proposal.

  • Go-Live means to commence the actual productive use of the Software in a Production Environment (as opposed to use of the Software in a Non-Production Environment such as a training, testing or development environment).

  • Company Takeover Proposal means (i) any proposal or offer for a merger, consolidation, dissolution, recapitalization or other business combination involving the Company, (ii) any proposal for the issuance by the Company of over 30% of its equity securities as consideration for the assets or securities of another person or (iii) any proposal or offer to acquire in any manner, directly or indirectly, over 30% of the equity securities or consolidated total assets of the Company, in each case other than the Merger.

  • CNE means a critical network element;

  • Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal of the Consultant.
