  • ASSOCIATES AND WJ AGREE THAT BASED UPON THE CIRCUMSTANCES NOW EXISTING, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, IT WOULD BE IMPRACTICAL OR EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO ESTABLISH WJ'S DAMAGE BY REASON OF A CLOSING DATE BREACH BY ASSOCIATES.

  • WJS reimburses employees for expenditures related to allowable expenses associated with pre-approved, work-related travel.

  • Neither party has dealt with any person or entity who may have a claim to be paid a commission or finder's fee as the result of this transaction other than Cornish & ▇▇▇▇▇ Commercial who has represented WJ in this transaction ("WJ'S BROKER").

  • All notices to WJ shall be sent to WJ's Address with a copy to WJ'S Counsel's Address as set forth in Paragraph 1(k) above.

  • Subject to Section 5.6 hereof, interest payable on this Note shall accrue at a rate per annum (the "Interest Rate") equal to the WJS Prime Rate plus four percent (4%).
