WITS definition

WITS means each of the Normal WITS, the Stripped WITS and the Capital WITS.
WITS has the meaning specified in the Prospectus.
WITS means the services as set out in clause 3, 4 and Appendix 1 to this Agreement to be provided by the Host Authority.

  • The notification shall include submission of the Marin WITS Electronic Signature Agreement and Marin WITS User Request/Change Form, as applicable.

  • Use its best efforts to commit to, and to make, the School a healthier place for its students to nourish their minds and bodies, including without limitation provide WITS with the resources, such as sufficient facilities and School personnel, if available, that WITS requests in order to successfully implement the Program.
