Without Teleglobe definition
Without Teleglobe s prior written consent, Customer shall not (i) refer to itself as an authorized representative of Teleglobe in promotional, advertising, or other materials, (ii) use Teleglobe's logos, trade marks, service marks, or any variations thereof in any of its promotional, advertising, or other materials, or (iii) release any public announcements referring to Teleglobe or this Agreement without first having obtained Teleglobe's prior written consent.
