Examples of Withheld Distributions in a sentence

  • The Withheld Distributions that are not disposed under the preceding sentence shall, if Pledgor tenders substitute Collateral that is reasonably acceptable to Lender, be paid to Pledgor; provided, that if such substitute Collateral is not reasonably acceptable to Lender, then such Withheld Distributions shall be applied as prepayments under the Loan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Investor would have been entitled to distributions or dividends in respect of such purportedly Transferred Capital Securities but for the immediately preceding sentence (“Withheld Distributions”), if and when such purported Transfer shall be rescinded, the Investor shall be entitled to receive all such Withheld Distributions (without interest or penalty of any kind for the period withheld).
