Withdrawn Quantity means, in respect of a Day, the quantity of Natural Gas specified in the last Withdrawal Nomination submitted to the Storage Operator in accordance with clause 5; and

Examples of Withdrawn Quantity in a sentence

  • Withdrawn Quantity Rate (WQR): portion of the Price defined in article 12.1.

  • For each Gas Flow Day, the Withdrawal Charge shall be payable in respect of the Withdrawn Quantity for that Gas Flow Day and shall be payable in accordance with clause 13.5.

Related to Withdrawn Quantity

  • Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $2,500,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.
