Withdrawn application definition

Withdrawn application means an application that has ceased to be subject to this Article due to the applicant’s request that the Department cease all consideration of the application under R18-1-517. An applicant’s ability to withdraw an application is not governed by this Article.

Related to Withdrawn application

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Fee Application means an application filed with the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rules for payment of a Professional Claim.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.
