Withdrawal Threshold definition
Withdrawal Threshold has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.
Withdrawal Threshold as of any date of determination shall mean the sum of (A) the aggregate amount of the interest and principal amortization payments to be made by Pledgor to all Holders under the Notes on the Payment Date following such date of determination plus (B) the Required Coverage Amount indicated in the LIBOR and Reserve Notice received on or most recently prior to such date of determination, as the case may be.

The Company shall use its best efforts to provide all Stockholders with a written notice promptly following the first date on which the Withdrawal Threshold has been reached.
In the event that the Customer receives a bonus and the Withdrawal Threshold has not been met by the Client during the validity period, Bonus will be removed at the end of 180-day period.
In any case in which such Withdrawal Threshold has not been made by the Client completely, Client shall not be eligible for the partial and/or any Bonus amount he has accumulated.
