Withdrawal Partner definition

Withdrawal Partner means any Partner electing to withdraw from the Partnership in accordance with this Section 4.03 to the extent of such Partner's Withdrawing Interest. A Partner shall not be a Withdrawing Partner to the extent of such Partner's interest in the Partnership other than his With- drawing Interest.
