Withdrawal Nomination definition
Withdrawal Nomination has the meaning given in Clause 5.1(b);
Withdrawal Nomination means, for each Delivery Day, a nomination made by UGI pursuant to Article V for each Contract indicating the amounts of Gas is wishes to (a) receive from the Assets to meet daily balancing requirements regardless of whether said Gas is actually received from the Assets and (b) receive as a SEWQ.
Withdrawal Nomination has the meaning given in paragraph 1.1(b) of Schedule B
Examples of Withdrawal Nomination in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, the Storage Operator shall not interrupt the Customer’s Withdrawal Nomination in respect of the withdrawals by the Customer for any Gas Flow Day in the Run-off Period.
