Impact means any effect caused by a proposed activity on the environment including human health and safety, flora, fauna, soil, air, water, climate, landscape and historical monuments or other physical structures or the interaction among these factors; it also includes effects on cultural heritage or socio-economic conditions resulting from alterations to those factors;
Adverse impact on visibility means visibility impairment which interferes with the management, protection, preservation or enjoyment of the visitor's visual experience of the Federal Class I area. This determination must be made on a case-by-case basis taking into account the geographic extent, intensity, duration, frequency and time of visibility impairment, and how these factors correlate with (1) times of visitor use of the Federal Class I area, and (2) the frequency and timing of natural conditions that reduce visibility.
High An Incident should be categorized with the priority "High" if normal business processes are seriously affected. Necessary tasks cannot be performed. This is caused by incorrect or inoperable functions in the Computing Environment that are required immediately. The Incident is to be processed as quickly as possible because a continuing malfunction can seriously disrupt the entire productive business flow.
Strength means a feature or aspect of the SOQ that exceeds the minimum requirements of the RFQ and increases the chance of successful Contract performance. A significant Strength in the SOQ is a feature or aspect that exceeds the minimum requirements of the RFQ and increases the chance of successful Contract performance.
Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Imaged Items or Substitute Checks.
