Wishers post the items they would like to be purchased on their wish list and "Tenders" sponsor the purchase of the item through the WishTender website. WishTender does not purchase any items on behalf of our users ("Wishers"). WishTender sends the funds for the item directly to the user, and the user may complete the purchase on their own behalf. This platform is avaialble only to users 18 years and older. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with WishTender.
