Wireless Product definition

Wireless Product means [omitted text, separately filed with the Commission.]
Wireless Product means all Products, equipment, or devices used in connection with Wireless Services, including any wireless mobile telephones, smart phones, mobile devices, handheld devices, tablets, hot spots, mobile broadband cards, USB modem, embedded modems, handheld devices, wireless cards, handsets, cradles, Bluetooth devices, car kits, hands free kits, spare batteries, chargers, cases, belt clips, accessories for Wireless Products, data cables, and other telecommunication Products used in conjunction with Wireless Services or otherwise provided in connection with this Agreement.
Wireless Product means a personal digital assistant approved for operation on a carrier network offering data and/or voice service.

Examples of Wireless Product in a sentence

  • This Agreement does not cover any defect that exists or occurs in materials or workmanship in the computer system or Wireless Product or in any computer system component or any Wireless Product component.

  • Repairs necessitated by software problems, or as a result of alteration, additions or deletions, adjustment and repair services which are necessary due to manufacturer’s recall of computer system components or Wireless Product components are not included.

  • You agree that the computer system and Wireless Product are for personal use within your residence, and that you will not use the equipment to permit unlawful or unauthorized access to online services.

  • Upon approval of the Alpha Prototype, Licensee shall submit a post-Alpha prototype of the Wireless Product meeting all Alpha requirements and in substantial conformance with the Design Document, with all features and functions implemented and in which all interface, memory allocation and code size issues are effectively addressed (each, a “Beta Prototype”).

  • Upon approval of the Design Document by Fox, Licensee shall submit a prototype of the applicable Wireless Product, which demonstrates all of the features and functions set forth in the Design Document, although colors, graphics and related elements need not be in their final form (each, an “Alpha Prototype”).

  • If any of the items you are required to provide are not immediately available to the technician upon arrival at the site location, the technician will accomplish as much of the installation service as possible and you will be responsible for any further installation of your Wireless Product.
