Nothing herein shall create or be construed to provide any Person not a Party to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, any third party, End User of DISH Wireless, Customers or contractors of a Party) with any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action, or other rights (including, but not limited to, any third-party beneficiary rights) in excess of those existing by reference in this Agreement.
