Wireless Common Stock definition

Wireless Common Stock means all issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $0.01, of Wireless, all of which is currently held, directly or indirectly, by Parent.
Wireless Common Stock has the meaning given that term in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
Wireless Common Stock means the common shares of Wireless.
