Wireless Call definition

Wireless Call means a 9-1-1 Call made from a wireless device with a potentially foreign NPA/NXX. Use of a foreign NPA/NXX currently precludes the PSAP from retrieving ALI without use of a pANI, except in instances where external databases can be queried
