Wire Initiation definition

Wire Initiation means the initiation by or on behalf of Sub of a wire of immediately available funds to an account designated by such Stockholder, in writing within ten (10) Business Days after the date hereof, in an amount equal to the aggregate consideration for such Stockholder’s Net Shares.
