Winterwear definition
Winterwear. The City shall provide, at its expense, $200 bi-annually to all qualifying UWUA Local 541 members, by the first full pay period in November, upon ratification, high-quality, durable winter wear that is suitable for the conditions in which employees are expected to work, including, but not limited to, jacket, bibs, gloves, headwear. Winter wear shall be replaced as needed if it is damaged or no longer presentable. The City will identify these classifications which are required to receive bi- annual winter wear.
