Winter Peak definition

Winter Peak. Management shall have the meaning given to it in Section Programme” or “WPMP” 5 of Schedule 1.
Winter Peak or "WP" shall mean the Peak Hours during the Winter Period;

  • The Winter Peak Period is defined as weekdays, except holidays as recognized by Company, from 6 A.M. to 10 P.M. local time, during the 8 monthly billing periods of October through May.

  • PJM Winter Peak Hours are defined as the time between January 1st and February 28/29 on weekdays and non-holidays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m, Eastern Standard Time.

  • Such payment shall be due no later than the date for Buyer’s payment for the applicable February during such Winter Peak Period, as set forth in Section 5.2 hereof.
