Winter Closure. The tasting room will be fully closed in January. This is a season for review, planning, specialty projects / deep-dives. This position would be expected to spend this down time analyzing and assessing the year's achievements, measuring results against key performance indicators, proposing strategies for business growth to the leadership team, proposing key investments in equipment and infrastructure, developing the upcoming fiscal year's budget and engaging with industry leaders for business and professional development.
