Wings definition

Wings means Wings Financial Credit Union and any of its affiliates or direct or indirect subsidiaries, when any of them have established an Account or provided a mobile banking service, including, but not limited to, Wings Mobile.
Wings means the out-of-view areas to the sides of the acting area, or scenery standing where the acting area joins these technical areas.

Except where a law or regulation requires notice by some other means, we may provide notice of change by posting the changes on our website, enclosing a notice in a statement for the account, or by mailing a notice to you at the address last listed on record. By continuing to be a member of Wings, you agree to any amended terms of this Agreement. CONSENT TO CONTACT You agree that we may contact you by telephone or text message at any telephone number associated with your account, including wireless telephone numbers (i.e., cell phone numbers), which may result in a charge to you. You agree that we may contact you in order to service your account, prevent fraud, collect any amounts owed to us, and for informational and telemarketing purposes as permitted by law. You further agree that methods of contact may include the use of pre-recorded or artificial voice messages and/or the use of an automatic dialing system. You understand that you are not required to agree to this provision of the Membership Agreement as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services.
