Windstream Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (f/k/a Windstream Corporation) (“Windstream Services”) is a subsidiary of Tenant.
Tenant, upon being requested to do so by Landlord, shall with reasonable promptness cause Windstream Services to provide Landlord with a copy of the Credit Agreement.
If requested to do so by Landlord, Tenant shall thereafter also cause Windstream Services to provide to Landlord from time to time with a copy of each written amendment or other modification or supplement to such agreement.
