Windows Client definition

Windows Client means all Native Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, and Windows Vista desktop operating system products for personal computers, successors to those products, and Updates to those products and their successors.

  • Such technical support may include (i) information about WSPP Protocols or WSPP Documentation; (ii) information about Windows operating systems products publicly or programmatically available to Microsoft’s customers or ISVs (independent software vendors), other than source code; and/or (iii) assistance with debugging and verifying actual operation of WSPP Protocols between Windows Server and Windows Client Operating Systems products.

  • You may distribute to third parties compiled Application Software you create if you acquire for the End User or the End User acquires a valid license for the DataFlex Windows Client, DataFlex Web Client or DataFlex WebApp Server and DataFlex Connectivity Kit as appropriate to the requirements of your Application Software.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).
