Window display definition

Window display means the showing of any announcement, illustration, insignia or lettering relating to merchandise for sale on the premises of a ground floor establishment, within a window or other similar building wall opening.
Window display means the portion of a commercial storefront and adjacent area, which provides interior visibility to exterior pedestrian/vehicle traffic, and is used for the purpose of Merchandise Display, and/or the placement of Window Signs.
Window display means any display or advertisement in a ground floor room of any building designed as a show room with the opening or openings of such room behind the rear line of the footway but does not include any display on the side walls or piers of any such show room.
