Window Blocking definition
Window Blocking means that any exterior, curtainwall window of the Office Space is blocked or bricked-up for any reason (including, without limitation, by Landlord (except as a result of the Hoist) (A) in connection with the performance of repairs, maintenance or improvements to the Building, (B) if required by any Legal Requirements, or (C) by the use of any netting or similar device)

Examples of Window Blocking in a sentence
Tenant acknowledges that certain of the exterior window panels in the 51st Floor Space are opaque; it being agreed that the nature of such window panels in no event shall constitute a Material Window Blocking, Landlord shall not have liability to Tenant therefor, and the same shall not constitute an actual or constructive eviction and no diminution or abatement of rent or other compensation shall or will be claimed by Tenant as a result thereof.
